Important information for our customers
Our premium forge Japanese stainless steel limited edition shears are handcrafted with precision. Each shear undergoes rigorous high-quality testing annually to ensure optimal performance. As each scissor is a limited edition, all sales are final. We want you to be aware of this before making your purchase.
Lifetime warranty
InTeXT ArTistry Cut Scissors provides a lifetime warranty on material and workmanship defects for every scissor purchased directly from us. We will repair or replace any scissor that we determine to be defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues. This warranty does not cover scissors that have been abused, damaged, or poorly maintained. Our scissors are handmade using high-quality materials and Japanese steel, ensuring longevity and maximum comfort.
15-day money back guarantee
Test out InTeXT ArTistry Cut shears for 15 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them in new condition for a full refund or exchange for another scissor (excluding limited edition shears). Please contact us at intexthair@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges of scissors.
Return policy
InTeXT ArTistry Cut examines each and every shear annually for quality. Any misuse or mishandling resulting in notches or damage not caused by production will void any return or replacement options. In cases where we evaluate the shear and determine the damage is due to a manufacturer's error, we will reimburse or replace the shear (excluding limited edition shears, where all sales are final).
Liability limitations and governing law
Please note that all sales of limited edition shears are final. For non-limited edition shears, a 15-day test trial is offered, during which the shear can be exchanged, but refunds are not provided. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Land O' Lakes, Pasco County. All returns should be sent to: 4842 Artesian Rd., Land O Lakes, FL 34638. All shears are examined and tested for high-quality performance by Pat DeVito.
