An extension specialist? A finisher? • What do I want from this career — freedom, recognition, stability, leadership? • What kind of guests do I want to attract? • What lifestyle do I want this career to fund? • Do I want to own a salon one day? Become an educator? Work behind the chair forever? Without these answers, it’s impossible to build momentum. You’re just working shifts — not building a career.
